In the jungles of Madagascar and with the desire of our friends to return to Nova York, the four friends decide to take a plane that the penguins before have repaired. During the flight, something wrong with the plane and falls into the huge plains of Africa.
There, each has his adventure. Alex the Lion meets his parents, Melman is medical of giraffe, Gloria finds love and Marty knows more zebras as he, but the four friends are united above all.
