Holly and Gerry were dating since high school, they felt as if they had always been together. Suddenly, the couple faces the unthinkable: Gerry contracts a fatal disease and died. Since then, Holly widow lives alone without Gerry and sad about the situation, make some crazy things (like imagine yourself with Gerry or who is speaking). Three months after his death, Holly's birthday, she leaves her house to pick up a mysterious package that has been his mother for her. When you open it you find that Gerry has kept his word. He has made "The List", a series of letters with instructions for each month. All are signed with "PS I love you".
